Sound familiar

The problem was never you.

You bought the online program. You showed up to the class where nobody adjusted anything for your knees. You started again in January, and again in March, and somewhere in all of that you started to wonder whether you were the thing that wasn't working.

It wasn't.

It was the plan. Written for somebody else, handed to you, and never once adjusted when your body or your week said otherwise. You were always doing the hard part. You were just doing it alone.

How it works

Three things. That's it.

My whole approach fits in three ideas. Everything after this is detail.

01

You bring the commitment.

Show up. That's the hardest part — and you've already proven you can do it. You don't need to overhaul your life, become a different person, or be "ready." Just walk in the door.

Why I work this way

My favourite part of this work isn't the fitness results. It's watching confidence start showing up in someone's whole life.

02

We build the plan.

Not a template. A program written around your actual body, your physical limitations, your real schedule. If your life changes — the plan changes. It follows you, not the other way around.

Why I work this way

I've never handed someone a plan and crossed my fingers it fits. Your schedule changes, the plan changes. Your body responds, the plan responds.

03

The work compounds.

Every session earns toward the next. No wasted reps. No starting over. Just consistent progress that builds on itself — until being strong isn't something you work at. It's just who you are.

Why I work this way

I've competed for years. I know what it takes to show up with intention — to make every session earn. That mentality is in every program I write.

Ways to work together

Four ways in. One standard.

No prices here, on purpose. The right fit comes out of a conversation, not a pricing table.

Years competing in Olympic weightlifting

Your coach

I coach the way I compete.

Five years competing in Olympic weightlifting taught me what a real plan looks like: written down, adjusted constantly, and honest about where you actually are today. That is exactly how I write yours.

I work with women who are done guessing. Most of them arrive carrying something — a knee, a shoulder, a schedule that will not bend. None of that disqualifies you. It just means the plan has to be built around it from the start.

My clients aren't projects.
They're people I invest in.

Work With Me

Real results

Every one of them was already showing up.

They just needed a plan that earned it.

Travel stopped costing her progress. Faster on court, stronger under load.

Cristina R, 41

Training volume held through travel weeks.

“She does an incredible job of tailoring my workouts to my fitness level while continuing to challenge me and help me grow.”

Michelle R.

Four months of training.

A body that does more of what he asks of it.

Michael Cobb, 73

Stronger, steadier, and in less pain at 73.

Before you book

The questions I get asked most.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. Twenty minutes, no pressure, no pitch.

I've tried programs before and none of them stuck.

+

Then you already have the part I can't teach. What you haven't had is a plan written for your body and adjusted when your life moves. That's the whole job.

My knees are bad. I've had an injury.

+

Tell me on day one and we build around it. We don't train through it and hope. Most of the women I work with came to me carrying something.

I've never touched a barbell.

+

Then we start at the beginning, and you'll leave the first session knowing exactly what you did and why you did it. Nobody here is behind.

What does it cost?

+

It depends which of the four options fits you, so I'd rather tell you on the call than guess at it here. The call is free and there's nothing waiting at the end of it.

What if I travel, or my week falls apart?

+

The plan changes. That is the difference between a program and a coach, and it's the reason nothing here ever starts over.

Without a real plan

Another year of guessing. Another program that fit somebody else's body. The same fortnight of momentum, lost again the first week something goes wrong — and the quiet conclusion that this is just what your forties, fifties, sixties look like.

With one that follows you

Strength you can feel in ordinary things — stairs, suitcases, grandchildren. A plan that bends when your week does. And the specific confidence that comes from knowing exactly what you're doing, and why.
